now i hated now i loved you
the time accounting statement
with its minus and its plus
its columns of calumny
went on and on and on
credit me
on this patriotic day
with my âdignityâ
as i exercise my right
to âdo not likeâ
o stupid stupid energy of words
all those summers i courted you
in tank tops and bikinis (in clogs!)
but i do not like you either
